Business Development and Partnership Manager Artificial Intelligence

This role will be focused on a new initiative that aims to use our LLM to create a new line of business and revenues for Meta. This is a new initiative that cuts across our ads, business messaging and Artificial intelligence capabilities, opening a new opportunity to collaborate with our partners and clients. This initiative will be complementary to other lines of business we have, and this role will be in the forefront of the creation of these capabilities, working closely with partners, clients and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage relationships with new and existing partners focused on integrations that facilitate adoption of our AI agent from clients
• Work closely with product team to present value propositions and drive API integrations with strategic partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including technology providers, system integrators, and industry leaders
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales and marketing materials
• Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
• Manage and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
• Collaborate with XFN teams to develop and manage partner enablement programs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or sales in the AI or technology industry
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing business development strategies
• Proven understanding of the AI industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and players
• Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master in Business Administration degree
• Experience working with AI or machine learning technologies
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
• Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Experience working in a global or multinational organization
• Fluency in multiple languages
