Responsibilities For Engineer, HIG-HBM Product Engineering (Media Health Reliability Coding)

  • Writing and debugging test programs for HBM device and package qualification
  • Root cause analysis and resolution of reliability test program related issues
  • Promoting innovation and driving changes in reliability features and solutions
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Fab, HBM Technology Development, Design, and Quality teams
  • Data analysis for validation and risk assessment
  • Defining interface hardware specifications and performing validation
  • Technical decision making on risk analysis and project prioritization
  • Mentorship and development of team members
  • Project management and process improvement

Requirements For Engineer, HIG-HBM Product Engineering (Media Health Reliability Coding)

Python
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of coding/programming languages such as Python/C++
  • Strong Technical Skills in problem solving with root cause understanding
  • Basic understanding of CMOS technology and DRAM device physics and design
  • Good multi-tasking skills and ability to set priorities
  • Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting
  • Familiar with testing verification approach
