Responsibilities For ACA Engineer
- Identify trends in NAND algorithms, performance, power, and new technologies among competitors
- Maintain technical relationships with internal teams
- Collaborate with system architects to define policies for SSD improvement
- Write software to automate testing and extract information from drives
- Generate new intellectual property and patents
- Maintain database of collected test information
Requirements For ACA Engineer
- 8+ years of engineering experience in design, product, test, support, system, or applications
- Proficiency in SSD or HDD architecture, design, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows, VMware) and device drivers
- Experience with storage protocols (SATA/ATA, SAS, NVMe) and NAND management
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Knowledge of NAND flash, solid-state drives, and/or hard disk drives
- Experience with high-speed digital scopes, logic analyzers, DMMs
- Proficiency in software development, preferably Python
- Ability to travel internationally
