Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is seeking an Engineer Lead/MGR for TCP Probe Automation in Taiwan. Responsibilities For Engineer Lead/MGR, TCP Probe Automation

  • Design and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, stability, and scalability in probe testing processes
  • Collaborate with NPI teams to identify and execute automation needs during new product introduction phases
  • Analyze and optimize production workflows to reduce non-productive time and improve throughput
  • Apply AI technologies for machine learning, predictive maintenance, and intelligent scheduling
  • Work closely with process, equipment, IT, and quality teams
  • Lead automation-related projects from planning to execution

Requirements For Engineer Lead/MGR, TCP Probe Automation

Python
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Information Systems, Automation, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with probe testing processes and equipment
  • Experience with AI implementation tools (Python, TensorFlow, Power BI)
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work across departments
  • Solid project management and problem-solving capabilities
