Responsibilities For Engineer Lead/MGR, TCP Probe Automation
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, stability, and scalability in probe testing processes
- Collaborate with NPI teams to identify and execute automation needs during new product introduction phases
- Analyze and optimize production workflows to reduce non-productive time and improve throughput
- Apply AI technologies for machine learning, predictive maintenance, and intelligent scheduling
- Work closely with process, equipment, IT, and quality teams
- Lead automation-related projects from planning to execution
Requirements For Engineer Lead/MGR, TCP Probe Automation
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Information Systems, Automation, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with probe testing processes and equipment
- Experience with AI implementation tools (Python, TensorFlow, Power BI)
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work across departments
- Solid project management and problem-solving capabilities
