Job Description

Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is seeking a Test Software Engineer (TSE) to join their team in Singapore. This role focuses on developing and maintaining test software for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) devices, combining hardware and software expertise to ensure product quality and innovation.

Responsibilities For ENGINEER, TSE

  • Develop new tests and test algorithms for HBM, covering test software and hardware requirements
  • Develop test programs using Python and C coding on automated test equipment
  • Lead new product introduction (NPI) and manage pre/post silicon tasks
  • Develop test Automation solutions for electrical validation
  • Debug and identify root causes on test issues
  • Provide statistical data analysis and analytics
  • Evaluate and verify yields/quality with global teams
  • Support internal and external groups on experiments
  • Drive Innovation and Improvement to reduce Cost of Test
  • Support intra-departmental teams in development of new processes

Requirements For ENGINEER, TSE

Python
Linux
  • Experience with electrical engineering for memory devices and test hardware
  • Knowledge of digital systems and digital logic for DRAM or HBM
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with C/C++ and Python programming
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux terminal
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process
  • Familiarity with HBM product architecture or DRAM operation logic
  • Experience with testing logic and leading products/projects
