Responsibilities For IT Software Engineer - MES systems
- Develop, maintain, troubleshoot and support software systems for manufacturing semiconductors
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and resolve production issues
- Collaborate worldwide in gathering and evaluating customer requirements
- Provide incident and problem management for MES systems
- Provide technical support for problem identification and resolution
- Provide updates and training to customers on applications and tools
- Participate in testing new software releases
- Track and report system performance indices
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
Requirements For IT Software Engineer - MES systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Experience in developing and/or managing software applications
- Knowledge of database technologies (Microsoft SQL, Oracle)
- Experience with Linux, Unix and Windows environment
- Good knowledge in C#/C++ programming and Perl scripting
- Working knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented and team player
- Willing to work flexible schedule including day/night shift
- Willing to travel domestically
