App Developer-Low Code

The Business & Industry Copilots group at Microsoft is a rapidly growing organization responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Microsoft Industry Solutions. As a Low Code Engineer, you'll be part of the Customer Experience (CXP) Engineering team, working on strategic initiatives to build next-generation applications using Dynamics 365, AI, Copilot, and various Microsoft cloud services.

You'll play a crucial role in developing and deploying low-code/no-code solutions, creating advanced automated workflows, and integrating AI agents within production services. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user interactions and drive innovation through modern technology solutions.

The role combines technical expertise in low-code platforms with business acumen, requiring you to translate business objectives into technical specifications while ensuring scalability and efficiency. You'll work in an agile, high-energy environment, leveraging Azure & Power Platform to deliver robust business SaaS applications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and deploying low-code solutions using platforms like Power Apps and Power Automate
• Leading design and code reviews while establishing technical best practices
• Coordinating AI agent integration to enhance user interactions
• Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment between technical and business goals
• Developing training materials and conducting sessions on low-code/no-code solutions
