Microsoft's Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team is seeking an Advanced Cloud Engineer to join their ACES Strategic team. This role focuses on supporting strategic Azure customers through incident management, problem resolution, and technical guidance. You'll be the primary engineering contact for customer support experience, working alongside Customer Success Account Managers and Technical Support Engineers.
As an Advanced Cloud Engineer, you'll be responsible for tracking and resolving critical incidents, providing technical troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal customer experience. The role requires expertise in Azure technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You'll work with enterprise-level applications and infrastructure, helping customers implement best practices and stay current with Azure technologies.
Key responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis, providing proactive guidance on Azure solutions, and serving as an escalation resource for complex technical issues. You'll also act as the voice of the customer to product teams, helping improve Azure services based on customer feedback and usage patterns.
