Cloud and AI - Apps Solution Engineer - German Speaking

As a Cloud and AI Apps Solution Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working with DACH mid-market customers to accelerate AI Foundry, Cloud & AI, and Responsible AI adoption. You'll guide customers through secure, scalable solution design, influence technical decisions, and accelerate AI applications development into their deployment workflows.

The role sits within the Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) organization, leading a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team deeply connected to partners and driven by customer success. You'll conduct hands-on engagements like Proof of Concepts, hackathons, and architecture workshops while collaborating closely with engineering leaders and platform teams.

Key responsibilities include driving technical sales with decision makers, leading hands-on technical engagements, building trusted relationships with developers, resolving technical blockers, and maintaining deep proficiency in AI Foundry & App architecture. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Agentic AI framework, Semantic Kernel, Foundry SDK, and cloud-native development tools.
