Cloud & AI Solution Engineer

Microsoft is seeking a Cloud & AI Solution Engineer to join their Innovative Data Platform team focusing on commercial customers. This role combines deep technical expertise in databases and analytics with customer-facing responsibilities.

The position involves working with Microsoft's rich portfolio of IaaS and PaaS services on the Azure Platform in the AI era. You'll help enterprises maximize Microsoft's cloud database and analytics stack through hands-on engagements, including Proof of Concepts, hackathons, and architecture workshops.

As a Solution Engineer, you'll:

• Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs
• Lead hands-on technical engagements to accelerate Azure adoption
• Build trusted relationships with platform leads
• Maintain expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Purview, and Azure Databases
• Represent Microsoft in cloud Database & Analytics communities

The ideal candidate will have strong technical pre-sales experience and deep knowledge of Azure Databases (SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL) and Analytics solutions. You'll work in a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and innovation.
