Cloud & AI Solution Engineer – Data Platform

Microsoft is seeking a Cloud & AI Solution Engineer specializing in Data Platform for enterprise customers. This role combines deep technical expertise in databases and analytics with customer-facing responsibilities in the era of AI.

The position focuses on Microsoft Azure's Databases & Analytics portfolio, including IaaS and PaaS services. As a Data Solution Engineer, you'll be instrumental in helping enterprises maximize Microsoft's cloud database and analytics stack throughout their deployment journey. You'll work closely with engineering leaders and platform teams to drive the adoption of the Fabric Data Platform, Azure Databases, and Analytics through hands-on engagements.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Leading technical pre-sales activities with decision makers
• Conducting demos, PoCs, hackathons, and architecture workshops
• Designing secure, scalable architectures for enterprise customers
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve products
• Maintaining expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Azure Databases
• Contributing to cloud Database & Analytics communities
