Cloud & AI Solution Engineer, Infrastructure - Melbourne, Brisbane

Microsoft is seeking a Cloud and AI Solution Engineer for Azure Platform to help customers modernize their infrastructure and scale AI innovation. This role combines deep technical expertise in cloud migration with a focus on designing secure, scalable cloud architectures for AI workloads and mission-critical applications.

The position requires expertise in migrating and modernizing various workloads including Windows, SQL Server, Linux, PostgreSQL, and Oracle using Azure's native capabilities. You'll guide customers through 6R strategies, containerization with AKS and Arc, while exploring AI integration opportunities.

As a Solution Engineer, you'll work directly with business and technical stakeholders, leveraging your strong networking foundation to design hybrid and cloud-native solutions. This includes working with technologies like VPNs, virtual networks, and secure routing, while integrating trusted partner platforms such as NetApp, VMware, Red Hat, and SAP.
