Cloud Solution Architect

Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization is seeking a senior-level Cloud Solution Architect focused on Application Innovation to lead customer engagements across Azure App Services, Containers, DevOps, and AI-powered applications. With over 45,000 employees worldwide, CE&S drives cross-company alignment to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.

The role involves architecting and delivering solutions using Azure AI services, Kubernetes, Container Apps, and App Services while guiding customers through their cloud transformation journey. You'll work within the Cloud and AI Platform CSA team, helping customers enhance their experience with Microsoft's Cloud and AI services.

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you'll gather customer insights, map architectures, and propose digital transformation solutions based on Microsoft technologies. You'll lead technical discussions, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements while building trusted relationships with stakeholders. The position requires strong expertise in cloud-native development, AI services, and DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in application architecture or cloud consulting, with hands-on experience in Azure services. You'll need excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
