Data Security Solution Engineer

This role is crucial in helping customers solve complex data security challenges and modernize their security architecture.

As a Data Security Solution Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working directly with customers to drive data security across every development stage. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through secure, scalable solution design, influencing technical decisions, and accelerating AI applications integration into their workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading technical sales through demos and PoCs to influence solution design
• Conducting hands-on engagements like hackathons and architecture workshops
• Building trusted relationships with developers and platform leads
• Resolving technical blockers and collaborating with product engineering
• Maintaining deep technical knowledge of data security architectures
• Developing strategies to improve client's data security posture
• Representing Microsoft through thought leadership
