The role sits within Microsoft's Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) division, which leads a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team focused on customer success. As a Digital Solution Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of helping customers adopt and implement Microsoft's cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies.

Your responsibilities will span from leading technical engagements like hackathons and proof-of-concepts to designing secure, scalable architectures for customers. You'll need deep technical knowledge in areas like AI Foundry, cloud-native development, and modern application architecture, combined with the ability to effectively communicate and influence technical decision-makers.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technical pre-sales or consulting, with expertise in both AI/ML technologies (including Agentic AI framework, Semantic Kernel) and application development (APIs, containerization, microservices). You'll work with a variety of tools and technologies including GitHub, Copilot Studio, VS Code, and various programming languages like Python, Java, and .NET.
