Microsoft emphasizes personal and professional development through Career Rotation Programs, Diversity & Inclusion training, and professional certifications. The company's commitment to environmental sustainability and optimization makes this role particularly meaningful for those interested in building efficient, sustainable cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and technical knowledge of network/optical engineering. They should be capable of managing cross-functional projects and comfortable with both technical and communication aspects of the role.
