Member of Technical Staff - Growth iOS Engineer

Microsoft AI is seeking a talented Growth iOS Engineer to join their team working on Copilot, their personalized AI assistant. This role sits within the newly formed Microsoft AI (MAI) organization, dedicated to advancing Copilot and other consumer AI products and research. The team is responsible for Copilot, Bing, Edge, and generative AI research.

As a Growth iOS Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through feature development while collaborating with Product Management, Design, Data Scientists, and AI Research teams. The role requires a combination of technical expertise in iOS development and a growth mindset to deliver impactful results.

The position is based in Mountain View, CA, requiring 3 days per week in office, and offers a competitive salary range of $153,600 - $250,200 per year. You'll be working with cutting-edge AI technology while building world-class consumer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
