The position sits within Microsoft AI (MAI), a newly formed organization dedicated to advancing Copilot and other consumer AI products. The team is responsible for Copilot, Bing, Edge, and generative AI research, making this an opportunity to shape the future of personal computing.

As a Growth Web Engineer, you'll be building world-class consumer experiences in a fast-paced environment. The role involves close collaboration with Product Management, Design, Data Scientists, and AI Research teams to deliver impactful results. You'll be responsible for implementing strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and retention, including optimizing onboarding flows and improving product features.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $153,600 to $294,000 for the San Francisco Bay area, along with comprehensive benefits including healthcare, educational resources, and parental leave. The role requires being local to the San Francisco area with in-office presence 3 days per week.
