This role is crucial in anticipating and solving customer support needs while amplifying the customer voice within engineering. The position involves working with Microsoft's most strategic customers up to CISO/Executive levels, providing proactive guidance and accelerated incident resolution across Microsoft Security's product portfolio.

As a Principal Security Customer Engineer, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and engineering advocate, leading initiatives to mature the program and coaching team members. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technologies, contribute to Microsoft's mission of making the world safer, and lead initiatives that directly impact customer success. You'll be part of a globally dispersed engineering team, collaborating with various stakeholders including Product Managers, Support Engineers, and software engineers to resolve critical customer issues and drive continuous improvement.
