Principal Software Engineer - RDMA Azure Data Processing Unit

Microsoft Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering (SCHIE) is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their Azure Data Processing Unit (DPU) team. This role is crucial in developing high-performance networking solutions for Microsoft's expanding cloud infrastructure.

The position focuses on designing and implementing RDMA networking software for Azure's DPU platform, combining state-of-the-art software and hardware expertise to create highly programmable and efficient solutions. You'll work on packet forwarding and control plane functions that enable high-performance data processing within various network endpoints in Azure data centers.

As a Principal Engineer, you'll collaborate with a dynamic, multi-talented team of engineers from across the world, working on cutting-edge networking solutions that power Microsoft's vast online services including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Teams, OneDrive, and the Azure platform.
