As a Senior Customer Experience Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of supporting Azure's strategic customers, working with cutting-edge cloud technologies and complex enterprise solutions. You'll serve as the primary engineering contact for customer support experience, driving resolution of critical problems and supporting key customer projects on Azure.
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with up to 50% work from home flexibility, and involves collaboration with Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, and Azure engineering teams. You'll be responsible for incident management, problem resolution, and ensuring customer success with Azure services.
