Microsoft's Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Engineer for their ACES Strategic team (Advanced Cloud Engineering & Supportability). This role focuses on supporting strategic Azure customers through incident management, problem resolution, and technical guidance.
As a Customer Experience Engineer, you'll be the primary engineering contact for customer support on Azure, working closely with Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, and Technical Support Engineers. The position involves handling critical incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and being the voice of the customer within Azure.
The role requires expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Azure services including IaaS, PaaS, and monitoring solutions. You'll need strong technical troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills to explain complex issues to various audiences.
