Senior Service Engineer

Microsoft has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer to join the International Sovereign Platform Team (ISPT) working on mission-critical and highly assured distributed systems. The role involves designing, delivering, and supporting operations infrastructure underpinning sovereign clouds worldwide. As part of the Microsoft Azure Edge & Platform organization, you'll work on specialized cloud environments that comply with specific countries' data laws. The position requires expertise in secure cross-domain data transfer between Azure public cloud and sovereign clouds, with critical security, sovereignty, monitoring, and control requirements. You'll be part of a growing international team, handling complex engineering and service support challenges. The role demands strong technical skills, security awareness, and the ability to work in high-assurance environments. With up to 25% travel required to Sovereign Operations Centres, you'll build strong relationships with customer teams while maintaining critical infrastructure.
