Senior Service Engineer

Microsoft Digital (MSD) in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join their Tenant Integration & Management (TI&M) team. This role combines software engineering expertise with platform administration, focusing on Microsoft's Power Platform and Copilot Studio services.

The position requires a strong technical background with at least 7 years of experience in software engineering or related fields, with specific expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components, Azure services, and automation technologies. You'll be responsible for administering and governing Power Platform environments, architecting Copilot agents, and ensuring platform security and compliance across the enterprise.

As part of Microsoft Digital, you'll be working on transforming the employee experience at Microsoft globally. The team is responsible for defining strategy and vision for industry-leading first-party Microsoft 365, PowerPlatform, and Dynamics 365 services. You'll be involved in driving usage, enhancing user experiences, and enabling business partners while meeting security and regulatory requirements.
