Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Azure Pilotfish team, you will be responsible for building services that manage the fleet of servers in Pilotfish. This includes services that provision servers, monitor and diagnose software and hardware issues, and support new types of hardware that customers are demanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements
• Drive identification of dependencies and development of design documents
• Create, implement, optimize, debug, and refactor code
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI)
• Guide other engineers by developing and following the playbook
• Work on-call to monitor systems and triage service issues
• Ensure work meets quality and compliance standards
