Software Engineer

Microsoft's Azure Data engineering team is leading the transformation of analytics in the world of data. The team builds products like Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL DB, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, and Power BI. The role is within the big data analytics team that provides products enabling data engineers and scientists to extract intelligence from all data types.

As a Software Engineer, you'll be:

• Designing and implementing service reliability services, tooling and processes
• Creating automated diagnostic systems and troubleshooting platforms
• Generating software specifications, proof-of-concepts, and prototype solutions
• Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and unblock issues
• Using data and telemetry to improve features and propose enhancements
