Microsoft is launching an innovative two-year AI Development Acceleration Program (MAIDAP) to develop the next generation of AI leaders. This role offers a unique opportunity for Software Engineers to work at the forefront of AI technology, transforming Azure into a global AI supercomputer and developing cutting-edge foundational AI including large language models (LLMs).

As a MAIDAP Software Engineer, you'll work in interdisciplinary project teams providing AI services to engineering teams across Microsoft. You'll bridge the gap between research and development, implementing state-of-the-art AI solutions while collaborating with product managers, applied scientists, and technology teams throughout the company.
