Job Description

Microsoft's Azure CXP team is seeking a Software Engineer for their Neurodiversity Hiring Program to help transform Cloud customers into fans. As part of the Azure Reliability team, you'll work on making Azure the world's safest and most reliable cloud through Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

You'll be responsible for improving the reliability of key Azure products by defining system reliability goals, enhancing production posture, building reusable automation, and leveraging AI to scale reliability efforts. The role involves designing and developing large-scale distributed software services, collaborating with internal and external partners, and driving innovation in operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience with modern distributed software design patterns, cloud systems architecture, and programming languages like C#/Java/Python. Knowledge of data technologies and Azure is beneficial. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and contribute to Microsoft's mission while being part of an inclusive team that embraces neurodiversity.
