Microsoft's Azure CXP team is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Service Health Azure Reliability team. This role is part of a customer-obsessed organization dedicated to making Azure the safest and most reliable Cloud platform. The position involves working with Azure Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to improve reliability fundamentals through software engineering operational improvements.

The role combines hands-on engineering with customer-focused problem-solving, requiring collaboration across Microsoft's Cloud + AI teams. You'll be responsible for incident management, support, and enablement while contributing to Azure's quality vision. The position offers significant opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies while improving system reliability and customer experience.
