Solution Engineer - Cloud & AI Apps

Microsoft's Cloud & AI Platform is expanding to meet the growing demands of digital transformation and AI. As a Cloud & AI Apps Solution Engineer, you'll lead technical sales processes and guide customer decisions in the Caribbean region. This role focuses on AI Apps and Agents integration, Software Developer Experience, and Agentic DevOps.

Your primary responsibility will be winning technical decisions for Azure technology adoption. You'll work within a virtual team to educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and achieve quarterly sales targets. The role requires deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud technologies.

Key Focus Areas:

• Leading Cloud & AI Apps Modernization technical discussions
• Building technical strategy and roadmaps for implementation
• Designing solutions and driving POCs/Pilots
• Leading AI Apps and Agents integration
• Ensuring security and privacy at all levels
• Implementing Agentic DevOps with GitHub Copilot
