Solution Engineer Developer Productivity

As a Solution Engineer Developer Productivity, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of software engineering with AI. Working with GitHub and Visual Studio—trusted by over 100 million developers globally—and Azure AI, you'll help enterprise developers solve complex challenges and build the next generation of intelligent applications.

In this role, you'll drive technical sales with decision makers, leading hands-on engagements like hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops to accelerate adoption of Microsoft's developer tools and cloud platforms. You'll build trusted relationships with developers and platform leads to co-design secure, scalable architectures and solutions.

The position requires deep expertise in GitHub, Visual Studio, AI-assisted dev tools, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development. You'll work with enterprise development teams, including developers, architects, and technical decision makers, helping them leverage Microsoft's comprehensive developer stack.

With 50-75% travel expected, you'll be engaging directly with customers across France, requiring proficiency in both English and French. The hybrid work arrangement offers flexibility with up to 50% work from home.
