Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Review and resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting and customer collaboration
  • Perform in-depth product troubleshooting and remediation
  • Develop readiness content and mentor new Technical Support Engineers
  • Provide feedback for product improvements and identify potential defects
  • Participate in case triage meetings and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer

  • 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or IT experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT with 1+ year experience
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada due to government agency requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred
  • Ability to work in shift rotations including on-call and weekend work
