Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization, with over 45,000 employees worldwide, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for their Customer Service & Support (CSS) team. This role focuses on cloud protection and threat analytics, combining technical expertise with customer service excellence.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with up to 50% work from home flexibility. Requirements For Technical Support Engineer (Cloud Protection-Threat Analytics)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support experience
  • OR 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Identity
  • Knowledge of SaaS application security
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 Identities
  • Experience with App Governance
  • Knowledge of Conditional Access App Control Session policies
