The Backend AI Engineer role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for critical infrastructure supporting AI and agentic flows, developing RAG/data ingestion pipelines, implementing prompt engineering solutions, and managing model performance and evaluations.

The ideal candidate should have deep experience in LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, and AI automations. You'll join a diverse team that values ownership, learning velocity, and grit. The comprehensive interview process includes:
