As a Backend Engineer at MLabs, you'll join a dynamic, fast-moving team dedicated to maximizing conversational automation for high-touch businesses. We're seeking a motivated and ambitious engineer who brings hands-on experience in building production backend systems. Your role will be crucial in hardening reliability, optimizing latency, safely evolving data models, and creating efficient "paved roads" that enhance team productivity.
