Senior Software Engineer, Front End

MLabs is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team working on an AI-native coach for enterprise that is transforming leadership development and workplace collaboration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the technical foundation of their LLM-powered product's user experience, owning UI systems end-to-end with opportunities to contribute to the backend when needed. With 8+ years of experience required, you'll be working with modern frontend frameworks to build polished, user-friendly interfaces while analyzing user metrics to inform product decisions.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring performance, accessibility, and scalability for enterprise environments. You'll be debugging across the full stack and contributing to backend code where required. As a senior member of the team, you'll also help shape hiring, tooling, and internal processes as the company grows.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $175K to $210K, with equity options available from day one.
