Responsibilities For Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
- Manage and support AWS and Azure infrastructure
- Operate and integrate on-premises systems with cloud environments
- Troubleshoot OS-level and networking issues
- Execute patching and maintenance across platforms
- Use Infrastructure as Code tools to provision infrastructure
- Create automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines
- Configure and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
- Work with security and compliance teams
- Collaborate with global team members
- Document procedures and configurations
Requirements For Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
- 3-6 years in cloud infrastructure or cloud operations roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch) and Azure services
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure-native tools
- Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Solid understanding of Linux/Windows systems and cloud networking
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- AWS and/or Azure certifications preferred
- Experience with CI/CD tools preferred
- Familiarity with security frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, ISO) preferred
