Sr. Data Platform Engineer

Moderna is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing robust systems at scale, delivering self-service capabilities, implementing secure data sharing models, and ensuring proper metadata governance. The role requires expertise in AWS technologies, including Glue, Redshift, Iceberg, Lambda, EMR, and Apache Airflow.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in software or data engineering, with strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data tools. You'll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to shape and implement Moderna's data vision. The position offers a hybrid work environment with a 70/30 in-office structure to foster innovation and collaboration.
