The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a remote-first environment with a competitive salary range of £55,000-£75,000. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll be integral to their cross-functional Agile team, collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering departments to create innovative solutions that enhance efficiency across the business.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and development of Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex development. You'll work on complex integration projects, support junior team members, and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities For Senior Salesforce Developer

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, automated solutions within Salesforce environment
  • Develop and maintain declarative and programmatic solutions, focusing on Lightning Web Components and Apex
  • Work on complex integration projects involving external applications, APIs, and web services
  • Support junior team members, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
  • Partner with Designers and Product Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize system performance and user experience

Requirements For Senior Salesforce Developer

JavaScript
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I qualifications (Platform Developer II is a plus)
  • Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of external integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
