Senior Staff Software Engineer

Moloco, a leading machine learning company in the digital advertising space, is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join their Streaming Monetization (MSM) team in Bengaluru, India. This role is crucial in building their innovative Streaming & OTT platform, the first ML-driven monetization platform for streaming media companies.

The position requires an experienced leader with 15+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development, particularly in data infrastructure and platform engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building large-scale distributed systems capable of handling terabytes of data and millions of users. Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python is essential, along with experience in cloud and big data platforms like AWS, GCP, Beam, and Spark.

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving engineering projects, leading a full-stack team, and managing all aspects of MSM engineering. The role involves close collaboration with Product Management, Business Development, and Enterprise Sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
