The role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with practical business applications, requiring 2+ years of software engineering experience and strong Python skills. You'll be responsible for developing agentic LLM workflows, creating specialized AI agents for various procurement areas, and building multi-dimensional optimization systems that consider multiple factors beyond just price.

Responsibilities For Applied AI Engineer
- Develop and deploy agentic LLM workflows for contract analysis and negotiation planning
- Create AI agents specialized in key procurement areas
- Build multi-dimensional optimization systems
- Architect end-to-end negotiation workflows
- Develop robust multi-agent collaboration frameworks
- Build comprehensive LLM evaluation systems
- Create tooling to connect AI agents to major procurement systems
- Build real-time negotiation dashboards

Requirements For Applied AI Engineer
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience - ideally in a start-up
- Strong expertise in Python with focus on AI/ML applications
- Proven experience deploying LLM systems to production
- Master's or PhD degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large language model capabilities
- Ability to architect and build complex, production-ready AI systems from scratch
- Strong communication skills
