This role sits within the Technology division, where innovation drives the firm's capabilities to serve clients worldwide. The position focuses on developing quality software for public cloud infrastructure, particularly working with Azure initially, and later expanding to GCP and AWS platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Python, Golang, or similar languages. They'll be responsible for enhancing cloud automation frameworks, developing self-service capabilities, and integrating workflows into CI/CD pipelines. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, and modern development practices, along with strong communication skills to work effectively with global teams.

Responsibilities For Public Cloud Transformation – Python Developer (Hybrid)
- Provide hands-on development and design of Python and Golang applications
- Enhance and integrate CSP automation framework with in-house tooling (Azure initially)
- Develop tooling & self-service capabilities for Public Cloud (Azure/GCP/AWS)
- Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines
- Improve developer experience by collaborating with client & infrastructure team
- Interface with global team of application developers
- Produce proof of concepts in new areas of development
- Investigate production issues
- Provide technical support for debugging application failures
- Participate in all aspects of SDLC
Requirements For Public Cloud Transformation – Python Developer (Hybrid)
- 4+ years of hands-on professional experience using Python, Golang, Java or JavaScript/TypeScript
- 2+ years of experience with globally dispersed teams
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development
- Proficient with database technologies (preferably NoSQL)
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with BDD frameworks
- Competency with version control systems (git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
- Good understanding of Agile & DevOps methodologies
- Ability to write reusable, optimized and maintainable code
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Terraform preferred
- Knowledge of French and English is required
