Software Engineer - Parametric

Morgan Stanley's Parametric division is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Equity Investments and Client Activities team. This role combines traditional software engineering with cutting-edge AI/ML development, focusing on building financial software that solves complex financial challenges. The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.

The role involves working with portfolio managers and traders to implement generative AI solutions using Python, designing and maintaining GenAI applications, and managing cloud deployments on AWS. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of software development experience, strong Python skills, and expertise in AI/ML technologies including PyTorch, Tensorflow, and LLM APIs.
