Responsibilities For Automation Engineer, VP

  • Design, build and maintain Python and Powershell scripts supporting workflows and automation through ServiceNow, Ansible, and Tanium
  • Design, build and maintain ServiceNow, Terraform and Tanium workflows and Ansible playbooks
  • Write integration code with Rest API calls for various systems
  • Use Azure DevOps for source code management
  • Work with product teams to create workflows and playbooks
  • Extract data and create PowerBI dashboards
  • Submit change management requests

Requirements For Automation Engineer, VP

  • 5+ years of Python and Powershell scripting experience
  • Experience with Linux, AIX, Windows, VMware and Openshift Container Platform and AWS
  • Working experience with Python common modules
  • Python and PowerShell RestAPI integration experience
  • Experience with Git version control and Terraform + Ansible
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
