ServiceNow ITSM Developer, AVP

As a key member of the ServiceNow Platform Delivery and Services team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM capabilities while contributing to the transformation of the IT Service Management platform. The position requires a strong technical background with at least 4 years of ServiceNow platform experience and deep knowledge of ITSM products.

The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, as you'll serve as a technical subject-matter expert and platform architect. You'll lead requirements and design workshops, implement ITSM solutions, and work on complex integrations using various technologies including JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL.

MUFG offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $107,000 to $133,000, plus performance-based bonuses. The comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, educational assistance, and paid parental leave. The hybrid work arrangement requires four days in the office and one day remote.
