Responsibilities For Backend Developer
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend components using Node.js and Javascript
- Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code following good programming practices
- Design and maintain relational and non-relational databases
- Configure and manage servers to ensure application availability and security
- Integrate third-party services such as payment platforms, authentication, or analytics tools
- Identify and fix code errors, ensuring optimal application performance
- Implement continuous improvements based on load testing, usability, and user feedback
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and other developers
- Participate actively in agile methodology ceremonies
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation
Requirements For Backend Developer
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development
- Intermediate-advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Knowledge of Python, Ruby, or PHP (desirable)
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Continuous learning ability and adaptation to new technologies
- Efficient and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Cloud platform certification desirable (e.g., AWS Certified Developer)
