Multiplica Talent is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and technological systems, ensuring functionality from the user interface to server components and databases. This role serves as a key link in the development cycle, providing innovative solutions that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. The position requires expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, and various backend languages. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and will work in a hybrid environment in Lima, Peru. Responsibilities For FullStack Developer
- Design and develop web applications, including frontend and backend components
- Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code following good programming practices
- Design and maintain relational and non-relational databases
- Configure and manage servers to ensure application availability and security
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs for application interaction
- Integrate third-party services such as payment platforms, authentication, or analytics tools
- Identify and fix code errors, ensuring optimal application performance
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and other developers
- Participate actively in agile methodology ceremonies
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation
Requirements For FullStack Developer
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FullStack software development
- Experience with modern frameworks like React with TypeScript, React Native with TypeScript
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS and Tailwind
- Knowledge of SOLID principles
- Knowledge of unit testing with Jest (desirable)
- Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience in Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript)
- Version control systems experience (e.g., Git)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Continuous learning ability and adaptation to new technologies
- Frontend framework certification (e.g., React Developer Certification) - desirable
- Cloud platform certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) - desirable
