Responsibilities For Analyst, Workplace Engineer - Workplace Packaging & Release
- Package applications/software utilizing corporate preferred and licensed toolset
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and set expectations
- Create and maintain documentation conforming to standards
- Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance checkpoints
- Plan, schedule and coordinate releases following standard lifecycle
- Ensure compatibility across the environment
- Monitor upcoming security releases and version uplifts
- Adhere to change management standards
Requirements For Analyst, Workplace Engineer - Workplace Packaging & Release
- Admin Studio/Install Shield experience
- SCCM/MECM/InTune management experience
- Basic Active Directory knowledge
- 2-5 years support/administering Windows desktop environments
- 2+ years experience in enterprise ITIL environment
- Strong business communication and interpersonal skills
- Tertiary qualification in Technology or related field
