Responsibilities For SOS IT Security Engineer I
- Monitor real-time security alerts, logs, and events using SIEM
- Perform initial triage and information gathering of security alerts
- Perform security and vulnerability scans and assessments
- Maintain and update cybersecurity and compliance documentation
- Document security incidents and assist with incident reports
- Participate in Agency Security Program management
- Identify and track security gaps and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM)
Requirements For SOS IT Security Engineer I
- Associate degree in computer science and two years of related technical experience
