  • Design, build, and maintain analytical models for capacity forecasting and risk analysis
  • Partner with Planners to understand processes, workflow, and pain points
  • Validate models align with organizational planning and strategic objectives
  • Take ownership of continuous development and enhancement of models
  • Deliver increased automation and tooling capability across capacity planning
  • Validate and back-test models to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather modeling requirements
  • Present modeling recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements For Analytics Engineer (L4) Capacity Planning

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
  • Proficient in SQL and Python scripting
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Analyst Engineer or similar role
  • Strong data intuition and statistical/analytical skills
  • Proven track record of data analysis, reporting, and visualization (e.g., Tableau)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
